2. Nature of the Content (Disclaimer)
The case studies, playbooks, revenue approximations, and AI-generated insights provided on Earncases are for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Any business decisions you make based on our content are made strictly at your own risk. Past performance or verified revenue of a highlighted business does not guarantee your future success in replicating their model.
3. Subscriptions and Refunds
We offer paid subscription tiers (Basic and Pro) managed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Because our service grants immediate access to proprietary digital data and intelligence, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
4. Acceptable Use and Anti-Crawling
Our database is proprietary. You agree not to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract our case studies, playbooks, or database content.
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly share our exclusive paid content.
- Abuse the Ask AI API endpoints or attempt to bypass rate limits.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
5. Account Registration (Clerk)
Authentication is handled securely by Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
